For pre-orders, the turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the date of the pre-order drop. This period allows us to ensure that every hat meets our high standards of quality.
3. When will my pre-order item ship?
Once the 4-6 week production period is complete, your pre-order item will be shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
4. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
5. Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our hats, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Yes, we are happy to take custom orders for both businesses and individuals! After you place a custom order, we will reach out within 3 days to confirm the details and provide a mock-up. The turnaround time for custom orders is 4-6 weeks after the mock-up is approved.
11. Are refunds available for custom orders?
No refunds are available for custom orders once the mock-up has been approved. We invest significant time and resources into creating personalized items, and cancellations or changes are not possible after this stage. Please ensure you are satisfied with the design before giving approval.
12. Do you offer bulk orders and special pricing?
