El Sheriff Adults + Kids, Ka-Chow Adults, and OG Mouse / OG Retro started shipping Tuesday. La Vaquerita and El Buzz-O Adults + Kids start shipping Thursday. The Chosen [01] starts shipping Friday. Ka-Chow Kids should ship by 04/27–04/28.
Most importantly — all pre-orders are still promised to ship before 04/30. We’re working hard every day to get everything out to you.
If you combined your order with multiple hats or styles, your package will ship once all items in your order are ready.
We do not ship split shipments, so combined orders may take a little longer — but we’re doing our best to get everything out as quickly and smoothly as possible.

DAMAGED / MISSING PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, submit a claim within 24 hours. Include photos for damaged items. Every claim is treated personally to ensure proper resolution.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All sales are final, but we review requests on a case-by-case basis. Restocking fees and shipping costs may apply if approved. Every request is handled thoughtfully and with care.
