All orders are subject to availability, payment approval, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment capacity.

If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are produced or secured based on demand. Shipping timelines are estimates and may change due to production, suppliers, customs, or carrier delays.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled due to delays alone.

Shipping, Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is no longer in FLAMO’s control.

FLAMO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect delivery, weather issues, or carrier-related problems.

Customers are responsible for tracking their package and contacting the carrier when needed.

Address Changes

Address changes must be submitted as soon as possible through our Customer Care Center.

Changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
