By accessing FLAMO’s website, placing an order, submitting a request, or using our services, you agree to the Terms of Service below.

FLAMO is a family-owned brand built with intention, creativity, and community. These terms protect our customers, our business, our original work, and the experience we work hard to provide.

Agreement to These Terms

By using our website, purchasing from FLAMO, submitting a form, contacting customer care, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related FLAMO policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from FLAMO.

By using this site, you confirm that you have legal authority to enter this agreement.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

FLAMO is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by shared, weak, or compromised login information.

Orders, Payments & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment approval, fraud review, inventory availability, and fulfillment capacity.

FLAMO reserves the right to approve, refuse, cancel, edit, partially fulfill, or refund an order when necessary.

Prices, discounts, product details, and availability may change without notice.

FLAMO reserves the right to correct listing errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, discount errors, checkout issues, or system mistakes.

Orders flagged for fraud, payment issues, suspicious behavior, chargeback abuse, or policy misuse may be canceled or restricted.

Product Information & Availability

We do our best to display product descriptions, colors, images, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, editing, fabric, embroidery, thread, material, or production batch.

Inventory may be limited, restocked, delayed, discontinued, or unavailable after purchase due to supplier issues, production changes, or inventory errors.

If an item becomes unavailable, FLAMO may issue a refund, partial refund, store credit option, replacement option, or updated fulfillment option based on the situation.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping and processing timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product type, carrier movement, holidays, weather, customs, and circumstances outside of FLAMO’s control.

Once a package leaves FLAMO, it is in the carrier’s possession and all risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

FLAMO is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect delivery, customs inspections, weather delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Pre-Orders & Production Timelines

Pre-order items are produced, ordered, or secured based on customer demand and estimated production timelines.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedules, supplier delays, materials, customs, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are ready.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled simply because an item, package, supplier shipment, or production timeline is delayed.

Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

All sales are final unless FLAMO approves a request through the proper Customer Care process.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not guaranteed. Requests may be reviewed based on the issue, order status, product condition, and documentation.

Approved items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in acceptable condition. Restocking fees, return shipping, or original shipping costs may apply.

Customers are responsible for verifying product selection, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before checkout.

Claims, Missing Items & Damaged Orders

Claims related to damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, or package issues must be submitted with clear documentation.

Required information may include order number, name and email used at checkout, clear description of the issue, photos of the package, photos of the product condition, and photos of the shipping label if applicable.

Claims without photos, order details, or required documentation may be delayed or denied.

Fraud, Chargebacks & Policy Abuse

FLAMO takes fraud, false claims, and policy abuse seriously to protect our small business, our customers, and our team.

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
  • Using AI-generated, edited, or fabricated documentation
  • Filing chargebacks while keeping merchandise
  • Abusing returns, claims, promotions, or discount codes
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing FLAMO team members
  • Attempting to manipulate policies, systems, payments, or support processes

Violations may result in denied requests, order cancellation, permanent account restriction, refusal of future service, reporting to payment processors, carriers, or platforms, and legal action where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All FLAMO designs, logos, product concepts, product names, artwork, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, branding, packaging concepts, and website materials are owned by FLAMO unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, distribute, imitate, or create derivative works from FLAMO content without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in removal requests, legal notices, claims, or enforcement action.

Disney & Inspiration Notice

FLAMO is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Disney, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Marvel, or any related companies, properties, parks, characters, trademarks, or intellectual property owners.

Our designs are original FLAMO creations or inspired-style designs created for our community. Inspiration, color stories, themes, or references do not imply an official license, partnership, approval, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Third-Party Tools, Links & Services

FLAMO may use third-party platforms, apps, payment processors, shipping providers, customer care forms, email tools, analytics tools, and website services to operate our business.

FLAMO is not responsible for delays, errors, outages, inaccuracies, or issues caused by third-party systems.

Customers are responsible for the information they submit through third-party forms, apps, payment portals, or linked services.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, customs clearance, local carrier requirements, and country-specific delivery rules.

FLAMO is not responsible for international customs delays, import fees, returned packages due to unpaid fees, or country-specific restrictions.

Communications & Customer Care

By using FLAMO, you agree that we may contact you regarding your order, customer care requests, shipping updates, policy updates, promotions if subscribed, and business-related communication.

Emails sent to the address provided at checkout are considered valid communication.

Requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.

Right to Refuse Service

FLAMO reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, block communication, limit future purchases, or restrict access to services at our discretion.

This may include disrespectful behavior, harassment, threats, fraud, chargeback abuse, policy abuse, repeated false claims, or behavior that makes our team feel unsafe or unable to provide respectful service.

Limitation of Liability

FLAMO products, services, website content, and customer care resources are provided “as-is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLAMO is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to use of our website, product delays, availability, shipping carrier performance, lost packages, stolen packages, delayed packages, customer errors, third-party tools, or events outside our control.

When applicable and required by law, FLAMO’s responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the product or order at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Updates to These Terms

FLAMO reserves the right to update, amend, clarify, or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

The version posted on our website is the current version. Continued use of our website, services, or customer care process after updates means you accept the revised terms.
