Return & Refund Policy

FLAMO is a small, family-owned business. Each order is handled personally with care. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from FLAMO, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Important Summary
- All sales are final unless reviewed and approved by FLAMO.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Approved returns may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Discount codes must be applied before checkout is completed.
- Discounts cannot be stacked, bundled, overlapped, or combined unless clearly stated by FLAMO.
Final Sale Policy
All FLAMO sales are final unless a return, refund, or exchange request is reviewed and approved by FLAMO. Approval is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing, color, quantity, shipping information, discounts, promo codes, and order details before completing checkout.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed. Pre-order items are ordered, produced, or secured based on customer demand and production timelines.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled due to production delays, supplier delays, customs delays, carrier delays, or updated shipping timelines.
Return or Exchange Request Window
You must notify FLAMO within 7 calendar days of the carrier marking your order as delivered if you wish to request a return or exchange review.
Requests submitted after this window may be denied or may not be considered.
Approved Return Conditions
If FLAMO approves a return or exchange, the item must meet all condition requirements.
- Item must be unworn.
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be unwashed.
- Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, damage, or signs of wear.
- Item must include original packaging, tags, accessories, or included items when applicable.
Approval to send an item back does not guarantee a refund or exchange. FLAMO must receive and review the item before a final decision is made.
Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and carrier fees are non-refundable.
FLAMO is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or sent without tracking.

- Pre-order items
- Final sale items
- Limited drops
- Custom or personalized items
- Used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
- Items missing required documentation
- Orders affected by incorrect customer information
- Shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier fees
Discount Codes, Promotions & Offer Provisions
FLAMO discount codes, promotional offers, store credits, automatic discounts, and special offers are provided in good faith and may be subject to eligibility rules, exclusions, limits, expiration dates, and usage restrictions.
Discounts must be entered and successfully applied at checkout before an order is completed. FLAMO is not required to apply discounts retroactively, issue refunds for missed discounts, adjust order totals after checkout, or honor codes that were not properly applied before purchase completion.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart, discount box, shipping information, and final order total before completing checkout.
Discount Exclusions
Unless clearly stated by FLAMO, discount codes and promotional offers may not apply to all items, releases, collections, or order types.
Discount exclusions may include, but are not limited to:
- Pre-order items
- Limited drops
- New releases
- Final sale items
- Sale items
- Bundles
- Special promotions
- Collaborations
- Custom or personalized items
- Items already marked down
- Items with automatic discounts already applied
- Shipping costs, taxes, duties, customs fees, or carrier fees
- Any product, collection, release, or offer marked as excluded by FLAMO
No Stacking, Bundling or Overlapping Discounts
Discounts cannot be stacked, bundled, overlapped, or combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, sale pricing, bundle pricing, special promotions, free shipping offers, store credits, limited release pricing, or any other offer unless FLAMO clearly states otherwise.
If more than one discount or promotion appears available, FLAMO reserves the right to honor only one discount or the discount that was intended for the order.
If a checkout, technical, platform, or discount error allows multiple discounts to apply in a way that was not intended, FLAMO reserves the right to cancel the order, adjust the order, remove the discount, or refuse fulfillment before shipment.
Discount Usage Limits
Some discounts may be limited to one use per customer, one use per email, one use per household, one use per order, or one use within a specific promotional period.
Creating multiple accounts, using multiple emails, placing duplicate orders, or attempting to bypass discount limits may be treated as misuse of the offer.
Discount codes may expire, be deactivated, reach their usage limit, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice.
Discount Misuse, Fraud Risk & Store Protection
FLAMO discount codes and promotions are intended for real customers using offers fairly and in good faith.
Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, resell, exploit, automate, bypass, or misuse a discount code, promotion, store credit, checkout feature, account feature, or offer is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, behavior that triggers fraud risk, chargeback risk, payment risk, suspicious checkout activity, account abuse, duplicate account activity, false information, code sharing abuse, or any activity intended to unfairly obtain discounts, products, refunds, credits, or benefits.
Violations may result in order cancellation, discount removal, denied requests, account restrictions, refusal of service, cancellation of active or future orders, payment-provider reporting, platform reporting, and permanent restriction from future purchases where applicable.
FLAMO reserves the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or restrict any order, discount use, account activity, or customer activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, excessive, suspicious, or outside the intended terms of the offer.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, you must submit a request with clear documentation.
Required documentation may include:
- Order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos showing how the package arrived, if applicable
Claims without photos, order details, or required documentation may be delayed or denied.
Refund Method & Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued according to the approved resolution. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method when applicable.
Bank and payment provider processing times may vary after FLAMO processes the refund.
Partial refunds may be reduced by restocking fees, shipping costs, item condition, discount misuse, promotional adjustments, or other applicable deductions.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please contact FLAMO before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have the opportunity to review and resolve your concern.
Unauthorized, false, or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service, cancellation of active or future orders, account restrictions, submission of evidence to payment processors, and legal action where applicable.
Fraud & Policy Abuse
Providing false information, misleading statements, AI-generated claims, fabricated documentation, edited screenshots, altered images, false damage claims, discount misuse, promotional abuse, checkout manipulation, or repeated policy abuse is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in denied requests, permanent account restrictions, refusal of service, canceled orders, platform reporting, payment-provider reporting, and legal action where applicable.
Business Days & Response Times
FLAMO is managed personally by our team. Requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays. Launch periods, holidays, high-volume periods, or incomplete requests may require additional time.

You may also email returns@flamo.us, but Customer Care submissions receive priority review.
Please include your order number, full name, email used at checkout, item name, reason for request, and supporting photos if applicable.
Policy Agreement
By placing an order with FLAMO, using a discount code, participating in a promotion, submitting a request, or completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy, including all discount, promotion, exclusion, misuse, and store protection provisions.
FLAMO reserves the right to update, modify, clarify, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website is the current version.
