FINAL SALE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review the product details, head measurement, fit note, color, and order type before checkout. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing preference, fit preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Fit can vary slightly between styles because embroidery, lining, materials, and crown construction are different; measurements are approximate. Minor variations in stitching, embroidery placement, material texture, and color appearance under different lighting/screens are normal production characteristics and are not considered defects. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact claims@flamo.us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, processing or production may begin and cancellations, address changes, product changes, or size changes cannot be guaranteed.
