Why Pre-Order?
Be first in line for limited editions, lock in the best prices, and get exclusive access to items before anyone else. It’s easy, exciting, and totally worth it!
How can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, go to our Support tab and fill out the shipping address update form. Give us some time to review your request, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Why can’t I place an order?
The site is currently closed when we are not holding a drop. To be the first to know about upcoming releases and pre-orders, sign up for our newsletter and register for our store to get access to exclusive deals.
When will my order be ready?
If your item is in stock, it typically ships within 7–10 days. We ship every Tuesday, and the cutoff for orders is Sunday at midnight. For pre-order items, shipping depends on the date announced for each drop, usually 2–4 weeks after the pre-order opens. For example, our pre-order held on 03/13 will ship by 04/15. Stay updated by following us on social media for announcements and shipping updates.
When will I get my order?
Pre-orders are made just for you! Orders placed during our pre-order window are expected to ship within 20-45 days.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account, where you can view your order status and shipping updates. If you don’t see your order, go to our Support tab and submit your order information. We’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations due to how we process shipping. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible through our website chat.
Are any purchases final sale?
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. Please take a moment to review our policy before purchasing.
What do I do if my order is missing, damaged, or lost?
Under the Support tab, you’ll find forms for all types of claims, including missing items, damaged products, or lost packages. Fill out the appropriate form and give us time to review your submission. If you’re filing for a lost package, make sure to submit a Missing Mail request so we can properly process it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
