Product eligibility may vary by style, size, color, variant, or inventory availability.

Accessories, separately purchased snaps, gift cards, shipping charges, taxes, prior purchases, and products not expressly identified as eligible do not count toward the two-hat purchase requirement unless FLAMO expressly states otherwise.

This promotion is limited to one promotional redemption per customer during the promotional period.

The limit applies whether checkout is completed using a registered customer account or guest checkout.

Placing separate orders does not create additional promotional eligibility.

For the limited purpose of reasonably enforcing this promotional restriction, FLAMO may consider transaction-related information available through its commerce platform, including customer account information, name, email address, billing information, shipping information, payment information, and transaction history.

Unless FLAMO expressly states otherwise, this offer cannot be combined with another promotional offer, discount code, automatic discount, percentage-off offer, welcome discount, affiliate discount code, creator code, or other promotional benefit.

If a qualifying hat is returned, canceled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise removed from the original transaction, FLAMO may recalculate the promotional eligibility based on the merchandise ultimately retained by the customer.

If the remaining transaction no longer satisfies the two-hat purchase requirement, the $10 promotional value may be deducted when calculating an applicable refund, to the extent permitted by law.

The promotional discount itself has no independent cash value and is not separately refundable or redeemable for cash.

All returns and refunds remain subject to FLAMO's applicable return and refund policies and applicable law.

An approved exchange for another eligible size or variant of the same qualifying product does not automatically invalidate the promotion.

If merchandise is exchanged for a non-qualifying product, FLAMO may recalculate promotional eligibility based on the merchandise ultimately retained.

All exchanges remain subject to applicable FLAMO exchange policies and inventory availability.

If a customer requests cancellation of one qualifying hat and the remaining merchandise no longer satisfies the promotional requirements, the promotional discount may be removed or recalculated.

If FLAMO must cancel a qualifying product because of inventory, fulfillment, payment, fraud prevention, technical issues, or another legitimate business reason, the remaining transaction and promotional benefit may be recalculated as permitted by applicable law.

This promotion is intended for legitimate individual customer purchases.

FLAMO may review, reject, cancel, refund, restrict, or adjust transactions where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, intentional circumvention, unauthorized resale activity, or abuse of these promotional terms, subject to applicable law.

Examples may include:

• Creating or using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or checkout profiles primarily to redeem the promotion more than once.
• Splitting purchases across separate transactions primarily to bypass the one-redemption-per-customer limitation.
• Using different payment methods, addresses, accounts, or customer profiles primarily to evade promotional limits.
• Coordinating orders with another person primarily to exceed stated promotional limits.
• Attempting to manipulate checkout, promotional, affiliate, referral, or discount systems to obtain an unauthorized benefit.
• Attempting to stack discounts where discount combination is expressly prohibited.
• Purchasing qualifying merchandise with an apparent intent to later return or cancel qualifying items while attempting to retain an unearned promotional benefit.
• Automated, bot-assisted, fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulated ordering activity.
• Purchasing activity reasonably determined to be primarily intended for unauthorized resale or circumvention of promotional restrictions.

Where permitted by law, FLAMO may remove the promotional benefit, recalculate an affected order, cancel or refund an affected transaction, limit future promotional eligibility, or restrict purchasing privileges.

FLAMO may establish reasonable quantity limits and may review, reject, or cancel transactions reasonably believed to involve unauthorized resale, commercial redistribution, bulk purchasing intended to circumvent promotion limits, automated purchasing, fraudulent activity, or similar misuse, subject to applicable law.

Unless FLAMO expressly states otherwise, this promotion applies only to qualifying transactions completed during the advertised promotional period.

The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to purchases completed before the promotion begins or after the promotion ends.

Promotional price adjustments are not guaranteed for previously completed orders.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and order total before submitting checkout.

If the promotional discount does not appear even though the cart appears to satisfy the stated requirements, customers should contact FLAMO before completing checkout when reasonably possible.

A genuine technical malfunction, pricing error, unintended discount combination, configuration issue, or display error does not automatically create an entitlement to an unintended promotional benefit where correction is permitted by applicable law.

FLAMO may correct genuine typographical, pricing, technical, or system errors and may adjust or cancel affected transactions where permitted by applicable law.

Participation in this promotion does not change any separately stated product processing, production, preorder, fulfillment, or shipping timeline.

If products within the same order have different fulfillment timelines, merchandise may ship together or separately according to FLAMO's fulfillment practices.

The $10 promotional discount applies to qualifying merchandise only.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are calculated separately and are not reduced by this promotion unless FLAMO expressly states otherwise.

The promotional discount has no independent cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

The promotional value cannot be applied to another previous or future transaction outside this promotion.

FLAMO may reasonably modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion when necessary because of fraud, material technical failure, inventory issues, platform malfunction, legal or regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond FLAMO's reasonable control.

Nothing in these promotional terms is intended to permit misleading advertising or eliminate customer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Valid completed transactions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and FLAMO's applicable store policies.

FLAMO will interpret and enforce these promotional terms reasonably, consistently, and in good faith, subject to applicable law and any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
